First off we give you some plans that have various layouts and proceedures, next we show you various plans for self defense and self improvement, our belief is no one should live in fear of someone or any group of people, we think through age old and tested ways anyone can be positive in their own abilities and their lives.


Each art taught is from the original designed teachings there are no flashy "movie"  movements, the movements and strikes and counters are precise and made to wound and some may seriously injure or kill, so we are careful to teach only the necessary amount of force to stop and or disable an attacker, the key to martial arts is not to hurt or kill unless absolutely necessary the first priority is to avoid conflicts.
